Graphic Requirements
To ensure the best quality print, we require that digital files meet the following requirements:
Vector Files
For optimum quality, vector Adobe Illustrator (ai, eps, pdf) files are preferred.
Text/Fonts
All fonts should be converted to outlines/paths. If your fonts are not converted, your design may not be printed the way it was meant to be.
Raster Images
If raster images are present in your design (non-vector images or photographs), make sure they are embedded into the art file or included in a separate folder. For Offset and Digital printing, please ensure that image resolution is no less than 300 dpi and art file is sized at the actual printed size. For Large Format printing, please ensure that image resolution is no less than 150 dpi and art file is sized at the actual printed size.
Hems and Grommets
If your banner is getting hemmed and grommets, please keep any important text or graphics away from the edges and corners to allow for grommets.

How do I
place an order?

When will my
order be ready?
This depends on the quantity of your order, whether it is in-house or outsourced, and our current stock availability. For a more specific timeline, reach out to us!
Do you offer
design services?
We do! Our rate for design is $65 per hour, offering print-ready files and a full proofing process. We print nothing until we have your approval.
Do you offer
delivery?
We offer delivery for select products within the Shoals area. Contact us to find out if we can deliver to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards; however, there is a 3.5% processing fee. To avoid the fee, feel free to pay with cash or check.
Can I reorder when
I'm ready?
Absolutely! We keep most files for easy reprinting. Simply reach out to us, and we will get you set up.
